Acceptable use policy
What TicketSprint may not be used for.
Last updated August 2026
The rule
TicketSprint exists to sell tickets to real events. Anything that puts ticket buyers, our payment processing, or other organisers at risk is not allowed.
Specifically, do not use the service to
- sell tickets to an event you do not have the right to sell tickets to, or that you do not intend to hold
- take payment for anything other than the event described to the buyer
- launder money, test stolen cards, or process payments on behalf of an undisclosed third party
- sell entry to anything illegal where it takes place
- publish content that is unlawful, that harasses or incites violence against people, or that infringes someone else’s rights
- probe, overload or interfere with the service or the infrastructure it runs on, or attempt to reach data belonging to another organiser
- misrepresent who you are, or who is receiving the money
What happens if you do
We may suspend a shop, hold settlement of funds, or close an account. Where money has been taken from ticket buyers we will prioritise getting it back to them. Serious cases are reported to the relevant authorities.
Where we can, we will tell you before acting and give you a chance to put it right.
Reporting a problem
