About these terms

These terms cover use of this website and of the TicketSprint ticketing service. Using either means you accept them.

The service

TicketSprint lets event organisers sell tickets, take payment, and admit attendees. A flat fee of €0,19 applies to every ticket sold. Card processing is billed separately at cost. Free events are free to host.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish about your event, for honouring the tickets you sell, and for complying with the law where your event takes place — including consumer rights, tax, and any licensing your venue requires.

Availability

We work to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
